Membership Options

The NBMBAA offers four categories for membership. With Full membership, Associate membership, Student membership, and Lifetime membership, there\'s a level that provides the benefits you need and the access you want. All non-lifetime NBMBAA memberships are for one year from the date enrollment or renewal.

Attention renewing members:
Do not use the membership application to renew your membership. Instead, utilize your current member number and password to login into your profile and renew your existing membership. If you do not know your member number or password, please contact us at: membership@nbmbaa.org

Attention transferring members:

Are you new to the Twin Cities, but not new to NBMBAA? If you are currently a member affiliated with another chapter and need to have your chapter affiliation changed to be the Twin Cities, please email the National Black MBA Association Headquarters ("NHQ") membership office at membership@nbmbaa.org

NBMBAA Member Program Rates

Full Membership status includes professionals with a graduate degree in any particular field (MBA, MHA, MPA, MS, MA, JD, etc.).	$125/year
Associate Membership status includes professionals without a graduate degree but with extensive experience or entrepreneurial success.	$125/year
Student Membership status includes students enrolled in any graduate degree program (a two-year limit). New/Renewing members need to submit evidence of matriculation into a graduate degree program (i.e. a copy of a current school ID card or registration).	$60/year (limited to two years)
Collegiate Student Membership status includes an undergraduate student from an approved collegiate chapter. Application will remain pending until approved by headquarters.	$35/year
Lifetime Membership status is granted to any member who makes the financial commitment to the full or associate lifetime status.	$1000 one-time payment or $350/year (for 3 years)
